For me, the moment of spiritual enlightenment is not important. It comes automatically and cannot be missed. Therefore, there is no point in waiting for him. All my meditations are very short but effective. This means that a person performs exactly those activities that will lead him to the necessary changes in life.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meditation<\/strong> &#8211; this is nothing exclusive. It is not only available to privileged or chosen people.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meditation<\/strong> &#8211; is the personal inner space of each person, which either uses the person for his benefit or ignores him throughout his life. We don&#8217;t really need much to meditate. All you have to do is decide and sit down at some point, close your eyes and try to sit in silence for at least a few minutes. We must not allow unnecessary thoughts to penetrate and control the inner space that I call meditation or meditation space.<\/p>\n<p>In my practice I use controlled imagination more often than meditation. Everyone can learn it, just want to. It can&#8217;t be difficult, because I don&#8217;t know a person who can&#8217;t close his eyes and just sit in silence for a few minutes. There is no need to prepare for it. All you have to do is want to talk to yourself inside.<\/p>\n<p>Such a path, or meditation, goes through several stages of the state of consciousness. In the first phase, you are fully conscious from the beginning to the end of the meditation. At this stage you swim only on the surface, your consciousness will not allow you to dive to great depths. In the second phase, you almost fall asleep, but during this sleep you know exactly that you are doing something. In fact, it is not sleep, but activity. Because your consciousness separates from the body and breaks out of the control of the mind.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-3af3f83 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"3af3f83\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-33f3fb3\" data-id=\"33f3fb3\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-12e7243 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"12e7243\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Consciousness works one hundred percent, although you may feel that you are floating in the clouds and do not understand what you are doing there. Your subconscious, your true essence, knows one hundred percent what to do and how to do it. And when you release your control and stop directing it, your subconscious will do everything you need much faster and more efficiently. During this 5-minute sleep, you can sleep as if you had slept for five to six hours. If you fly nowhere in such a deep meditation, don&#8217;t make a hard head out of it and don&#8217;t blame yourself. This means that you flew exactly where it was needed.<\/p>\n<p>You should perform meditation when you are tired and want to sleep. Even before you fall asleep and go into a meditative state, it is necessary that you set a goal, resp. to assign a task to your consciousness. Only then can you fall asleep. Such meditation is much more effective. Keep in mind that meditation is for the purpose of fulfilling the intended goals, not for you to sleep.<\/p>\n<p>The whole process of meditation consists of the following three obligatory parts: entering meditation, working in the meditation space, and exiting meditation. The moment you work in the meditation space, you will reach a certain state that will allow you to separate from the body and stop perceiving it.<\/p>\n<p>I lead meditations very quickly in my courses. Because with my energy I try to get everyone into a meditative state so that people do not sit and wait five to ten minutes for all their muscles to relax. But since you are sitting at home, you should take at least five minutes to enter a state of relaxation. Entering the meditative state occurs when your astral body moves to another dimension. You can make this transition by imagining different images: e.g. doors, paths, sidewalks, fields, mountains\u2026.<\/p>\n<p>All these are transitional stages, the transition from one level of knowledge to another. The more such transitions you use in your meditation, the deeper you will dive. Well, don&#8217;t go too deep, because then you will have to come back.<\/p>\n<p>Exiting meditation must be done in the same way as you entered meditation. However, there are meditations in which the output may not be the same. For example, if the goal of meditation is to get away from a problem, it is not worth returning to it. The goal of this technique is for you to get out of the energy of the problem, enter new energy, and stay there. And that is all. And if you did everything right, in a few seconds you will forget what you did. That&#8217;s how it should work. Once you delete the information, it disappears from your head and you don&#8217;t have to deal with it anymore.<\/p>\n<p>When you start working with energy, it is important that you sit upright, do not cross your legs, place your hands on your knees or hips in front of you, and keep your elbows loose along your body. If you cross your arms or legs and feel nothing, there may be a short circuit at the level of the crossed legs and arms, which will then cause an energy barrier or headache, or other problems (this does not apply to the lotus position). In principle, you can use any meditation position. The main thing is that you feel comfortable and there is nothing to stop you from concentrating.<\/p>\n<p>Note that we do not use any breathing techniques in meditation. Because this technique artificially leads a person to a changed state of consciousness due to a lack of oxygen in the blood and brain. It is a change of consciousness, not an extension of it.<\/p>\n<p>In this book, you will read about tools that will help you balance your life without the use of various techniques, entering a &#8220;distorted&#8221; state that causes an imbalance in the body. Rather, achieve balance on your own and expand your consciousness regularly. The moment you focus on some abstract things, your brain doesn&#8217;t turn on spontaneously. It doesn&#8217;t turn on because you forced it to, but the brain responds to the signal: these things give you a certain understanding. The brain perceives it this way: \u00abIt doesn&#8217;t hurt me. It helps me because it relieves me from unnecessary work with negative processes in my being \u00bb. So it will do what you need and without distraction.<\/p>\n<p>The question often arises: how to distinguish reality from illusion? With the same result, we can draw a picture and say, &#8220;Everything is fine for me.&#8221; It is very easy to recognize. If something bothers me, I sit down and meditate. If the problem disappears, it means that I did the meditation correctly. If the problem doesn&#8217;t go away, it means I didn&#8217;t actually do anything. If I am in a good mood after meditation, I do things that are needed with passion, energy and joy, it means that it is a reality. Absolute. Well, if I &#8220;drew&#8221; something and the problem didn&#8217;t go away, it means<\/p>\n<p>that I just &#8220;drew&#8221; something. It is very simple: if we have a result &#8211; reality, if we have no result &#8211; an illusion.<\/p>\n<p>All my meditations (focusing on myself) today work with ideal accuracy and immediate effect in real life. For example, if I have negative thoughts in my head, I can get rid of them in two seconds and forget about them completely. If you have negative energy in the form of fog (smog) somewhere in the aura, the pure light beam that goes from above will simply push it downwards, and it will brighten your energy.<\/p>\n<p>My conclusion is this: I have a problem &#8211; I have no problem, I have negative energy &#8211; I do not have negative energy. I didn&#8217;t solve anything, I worked hard on myself, I tried to get to the root of the problem where he came from, and why he is here\u2026 I simply erased it from my life so that I didn&#8217;t have to deal with it.<\/p>\n<p>Each of you is able to distinguish what you are doing right and where you are making mistakes. Any solution to the problem is just its further feeding. The more you deal with its solution, the more energy it will cost you, but the problem will not solve itself. He will leave and come. You give him energy &#8211; he leaves, he doesn&#8217;t have energy &#8211; he comes back. An endless process.<\/p>\n<p>In one beautiful day you will have to make a strong end to it. You simply stop and say that you will not solve the problems in your life and you simply wash them out of your life, like greasy eyes from a plate or like dust from a TV. Do you understand?<\/p>\n<p>You can stand by a pile of dishes and look for ways to wash them yourself, or you can just pick yourself up and wash them.
